Bartlett Lake And Apache Lake ,Az 2/22/14 And 2/23/14
Went on vacation fishing in Arizona to escape the cold New England weather and get an early start to the 2014 season. Hired "The Arizona Fishing Guides" and had Rob Vander Kooi (Retired BASS Master and FLW pro ) as my guide.
The bite was slow at Bartlett but still managed to pull in a 3.5 pound and 2 pound largemouth.
At Apache the bite was on and I was able to land 8 total (4 smallies and 4 largemouth) with the biggest at 5 pounds ands smallest at 2 pounds.
Air temp was 50 in the morning and as high as 82 in the afternoon. Water temp was 56-58 degrees. The view of the landscape was breathtaking.
