Hit the res again after dropping my daughter off at camp.
the bite was slow. I started out using a senko figuring with the heat the fish would be a little deeper in cooler water. After getting nothing on the senko and watching alot of fish jumping in the pads near shore I put on my Rage Toad. After about 7 to 10 casts I got the hit I was waiting for. It took a little bit of pulling to get him in as he went down in the weeds. I landed him and after clearing off the 2 lbs of weeds ther he was a 20 1/2 inch 4lb er.
I am really liking the couple of hours I have every day before I have to be at work at noon.

So today I had 2 hours after dropping my daughter off at camp in Norton before I had to work so I thought why head back home when I can bring a rod and hit the res for a few hours. I parked at the chinese place on 140 and hit some of the lily pads with my new found favorite frog the Strike king Rage Tail (Rage Toad). so on my 5th cast I get a nice hit and set the hook and when I got him to shore he was about 4 lbs I didnt have a scale with me but I am estimating. It was 21 inches long. after that I had a few smaller fish about a lb each so in the 2 hours i got a total of 4 fish. But the Larry made all worth while.
