Comment: bass-man , we did fish that once out of those pool rings, much easier to carry in and a lot of fun. not much luck though.
lake pearl in wrentham is another top pick, 75 dollars for a non-resident permit, tons of bass, and bearhill pond in harvard is 25 dollars for the day, but huge fish, we had 17lb torneys there. oh still hate the yak, bum still sore,i think i was sitting on a couple of spinnerbaits!

Comment: I have a friend that lives in Sherborn, I might just hook a ride with him! I've been to Little Farm Pond couple of times in my canoe, great little pond but it's a couple hundred yard walk from the street - and if you have a canoe it's quite the workout! Ever been to Little Farm Pond?

Comment: Thanks for the intel on Farm Pond, I had been wondering about this too. $120 buys a lot of fishing gear, you must REALLY love this place!

Comment: As a seasoned kayak fisher I will say that you are fishing from the wrong kayak. Most cheap recreational kayaks have very poor seats that will cripple you after a few hours. You need a proper seat and enough room to shift your leg position occasionally. In my Hobie Revo 11 and Ascend D10 I can spend the whole day on the water without any pain at all.

Comment: in my opinion, this is one of my top 10 bass ponds to fish, if you can get on the pond......
now through the end of sept, is the best time to fish here, a couple of years ago a freind and i went out in a canoe for 5 hours and bet 10 dollars who would catch more , well all bass were counted even the small ones, but he beat me 104-102, yup 206 bass in 5 hours, now you know why this is a top 10 for me, no i do not live in sherborn, $20. for boat reg # for the town and $100 for the parking at the beach ramp, and worth every penny...... ps i did notice the bass are a little smaller than previous years, still a lot of fun.

Comment: Never fished Farm Pond, you need a sticker or you need to know someone that lives on the pond. You live in Sherborn? How did you get on?
